- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical inquiries using provided remote access tools and troubleshooting protocols
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handoffs and issue escalation
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions and process improvements
- Meet weekly KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
