Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 customer inquiries daily via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed 95% customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution metrics
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with weekday teams for complex issue escalation
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and training sessions
- Maintain 99.5% schedule adherence and punctuality
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Reliable high-speed internet (20+ Mbps) and quiet workspace
- Availability for all weekend shifts (no exceptions)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak hours
