Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and resolve complex client issues
- Maintain detailed client documentation in Salesforce and internal CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Analyze weekend interaction patterns to improve overall client experience
- Participate in bi-weekly weekend team strategy sessions
Kualifikasi
- 2+ years in customer success or technical support with weekend availability
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve escalated issues independently
- Comfortable with remote work technology and self-management
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
