Responsibilities
- Manage high-touch client relationships via video chat, email, and virtual platforms

- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success or technical support experience
- Proficiency with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM platforms)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot SaaS applications and network issues
- Strong problem-solving abilities with creative solution mindset
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM EST)
