- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and track issue resolution

- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
