Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score and <15-minute response time
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for critical system alerts
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in tech/SaaS environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and remote desktop tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication and empathy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 8am-4pm PST) required
