Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our software platform with accuracy and speed.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain detailed support logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and provide feedback on user experience.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product features and policies to provide accurate guidance to users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a help desk role is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday to Sunday, or Saturday to Monday) on a full-time basis.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
