Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high satisfaction rating.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to ensure seamless service continuity across all time zones.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
