- Collaborate with the on-site engineering team to escalate complex issues and document recurring problems.
- Ensure 100% uptime and SLA compliance for all assigned support windows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations.
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible hours.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
