- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through first-contact resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
- Participate in weekend rotational shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm CST)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or helpdesk environment
- Proficiency with Windows OS, network diagnostics, and remote desktop tools
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Quiet home office space with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
