Responsibilities
- Hardware Setup: Ensure all provided equipment (laptop, headset, monitor) is set up and functioning correctly before shift start.
- Weekend Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries and technical support tickets during Saturday and Sunday hours.
- Data Entry: Accurately input service orders, logs, and customer feedback into the internal database system.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on provided equipment and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Communication: Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team via email and chat platforms to escalate urgent issues.
Qualifications
- Must have a reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
- Previous experience in customer support or data entry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict weekend deadlines.
