Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients experiencing hardware, software, or network issues via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently within defined service level agreements.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and other support agents during the weekend shift to escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on company products and emerging technical trends to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or IT helpdesk is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Monday) consistently.
