Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for provided equipment including laptops, headsets, and specialized software
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access tools
- Document all client interactions and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system
- Collaborate with on-site teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Maintain detailed knowledge of provided equipment and troubleshooting protocols
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekend rotational shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM EST)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or technical support role
- Proficient with Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and remote tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written/verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (provided equipment includes hotspot backup)
- Ability to stand/walk during shift if using provided standing desk
