Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time chat conversations to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety policies.
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
- Identify and de-escalate potentially volatile situations or inappropriate content.
- Document user interactions and escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with the moderation team to refine chat policies and improve user experience.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and speed in typing and message processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus.
- Must reside in the Fort Worth, TX area (or be willing to relocate).
- Proven experience in customer service or community moderation is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and spelling.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
