As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, assisting clients with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Must reside within the Detroit, MI metropolitan area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
