- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and product information.
- Enter and update customer data accurately into our secure CRM systems.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with internal departments.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
