Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to and resolve complex customer tickets and emails with accuracy and empathy during weekend hours.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on remote systems and databases to ensure data integrity and operational uptime.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues, escalating complex cases to the senior team when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and resolutions in our CRM platform to track performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in virtual stand-ups and collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure continuity of service.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all work is conducted in strict accordance with company security policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or remote operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Internet: Must have a high-speed, reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Schedule: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday, or Friday-Monday).
