Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technological roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, identifying emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
- Lead the architecture and development of cutting-edge AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into viable, market-ready features.
- Establish best practices for future tech integration, including predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders, articulating the value of 2026-ready solutions.
- Monitor industry developments to anticipate shifts in the AI landscape and pivot strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing technology stacks.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a passion for delivering high-impact products.
