Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product strategists through full-cycle R&D projects
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential through market analysis and patent research
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investors, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Oversee technology ethics and sustainability frameworks for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology R&D or strategic innovation roles with exposure to emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic chips, or carbon capture tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to forecast tech trends 3-5 years ahead
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-stakes projects
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes impacting 2026 innovations
