Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging megatrends and geopolitical shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future scenarios into enterprise strategy and R&D priorities
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence for early-mover opportunities
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into commercial products/services
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of these domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy implementation with measurable impact
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and research institutions
