Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging global trends (technological, social, economic) to forecast market opportunities and threats through 2030

- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof solutions and disruptive business models
- Present foresight findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused technologies into product development pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
