Your work will directly shape our product roadmap, investment thesis, and competitive positioning in the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across biotech, quantum computing, and neurotech domains to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
- Author white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and their market implications
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into prioritized product development roadmaps
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and adaptive strategy development
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy journals
- Experience working with global cross-cultural teams in matrix organizations
