- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation cycles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFS, CFTE) preferred
