Responsibilities

- Develop scenario models for climate adaptation and resource scarcity mitigation
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, engineers, and policymakers
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Identify commercialization pathways for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our FutureVision Academy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 100 or leading research institute
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or white papers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, space)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario modeling software
