Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Author whitepapers and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Monitor geopolitical and climate variables affecting long-term business resilience
- Build AI-powered trend prediction models using proprietary data pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis tools
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Experience with AI/ML model development for predictive analytics
- Deep understanding of biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ foresight projects
