Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future vision and priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive leadership
- Identify disruptive market opportunities and competitive threats in next-generation tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends across AI, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Exceptional storytelling skills with proven ability to communicate complex futures
- Experience leading cross-organizational foresight initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Portfolio of scenario planning and trend analysis projects
