Responsibilities

- Validate quantum advantage benchmarks using IBM Q and Rigetti systems
- Secure $2M+ in NSF grants for quantum research initiatives
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Patent novel quantum encryption protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations (QuTiP, ITensor)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction (surface codes, LDPC)
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms
- Strong background in high-performance computing
- Security clearance eligibility (DoD preferred)
