Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmap integrating quantum, neuromorphic, and biocomputing convergence
- Lead AI governance councils establishing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Architect decentralized infrastructure solutions for post-quantum era security
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on emerging tech disruption vectors
- Manage $2M innovation budget for 2026-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated 5-year horizon planning experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar on post-2025 technological shifts
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and AI alignment principles
- Proven track record scaling teams for exponential technology transitions
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain (NASA/DoD projects)
