Responsibilities
- Design & Animation: Create high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and micro-interactions using tools like Figma, After Effects, and Lottie.
- User Experience: Collaborate with UX researchers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, animated interfaces.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test concepts and validate design decisions before development.
- Asset Management: Optimize animated assets for performance, ensuring seamless playback across all devices and platforms.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity is maintained during the implementation phase.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, motion graphics, or interactive design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and prototyping tools.
- Animation Skills: Strong understanding of 2D animation principles, timing, easing, and storytelling.
- Code Awareness: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing motion design, UI animation, and interactive projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
