Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic impact assessments for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to audit AI model explainability techniques
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics in human-machine symbiosis
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical frameworks for LLMs or autonomous systems
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
