Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps focusing on AI, quantum computing, and human-machine interfaces
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough AI applications for healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological strategy with business objectives and market expansion
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in AI research, product development, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale (SaaS or enterprise)
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures, natural language processing, and generative AI
