Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends

- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for AI deployment across global operations
- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for AI initiatives
- Represent Nexus Dynamics at industry forums and thought leadership summits
- Develop KPIs to measure AI innovation impact and ROI on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience in scaling enterprise AI solutions
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and next-gen neural networks
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Strong background in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia) and MLOps tools
