Responsibilities
- Architect and implement multi-agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) specifically for tool use and function calling.
- Build robust ReAct and Plan-and-Solve frameworks to enhance agent reasoning capabilities.
- Integrate agents with real-world APIs, databases, and enterprise systems securely and efficiently.
- Optimize inference latency and token costs for high-volume agent deployments.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Python, with deep proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications and LLM pipelines.
- Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams.
