Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data security
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, FCR)
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Support escalated cases with empathy and problem-solving focus
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in remote/independent settings
- Proven ability to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution abilities with customer-centric mindset
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
