- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software problems efficiently
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed logs
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
