- Meet daily performance metrics (20+ resolved cases per shift)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote premium services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/digital environment
- Type 45+ WPM with strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
