Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist new clients with onboarding and account setup to ensure a smooth experience.
- Learn and navigate our internal software tools and databases to resolve issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
