What You Will Do
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is vital in resolving issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, empathetic support via phone, email, and live chat for clients in the Tampa, FL and Texas regions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our software and services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff while keeping the customer informed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even when handling difficult situations.
- Participate in daily remote team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must reside in the United States (Tampa, FL or Texas residents preferred for timezone alignment).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows and Microsoft Office Suite).
