Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone support.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and account inquiries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary software platforms effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is not required but is a plus.
