Responsibilities

- Attend daily virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Monitor inbox queues and respond to customer tickets within the agreed-upon service level agreements.
Qualifications
