Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with empathy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to users.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
