Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry tasks into company databases and CRM systems.
- Assist in maintaining and updating client records with precision.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments via Slack and email.
- Ensure all digital documentation is organized, secure, and compliant with company policies.
- Participate in daily virtual training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- No prior professional experience necessary; we train from scratch.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
