Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and manage customer data into our secure CRM systems.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in resolving basic client inquiries via email and chat support channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to update client profiles and contact information.
- Generate weekly reports on data processing metrics and submit them to management.

Qualifications
