Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service via chat, email, and phone during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Document detailed case notes and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding data security and privacy.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States (El Paso, TX area preferred).
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps recommended).
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting knowledge.
