Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update customer and product data into secure databases with 99.9% accuracy.
- Review and process incoming documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and high-speed computers provided by the company.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and remote colleagues via chat and email.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed tasks to maintain high standards.
- Assist in training new hires on our proprietary data entry systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows/Mac OS) and internet navigation skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States (Tucson, AZ or NC residents preferred).
