Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and customer support via phone and chat during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for client devices using provided equipment.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Document customer interactions, resolutions, and technical details accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (Speedtest 25Mbps+).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and high accuracy.
- Must be a US resident and authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
