Responsibilities
- Install & Maintenance: Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and logistics systems.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional technical support and service to clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Asset Management: Manage and verify the inventory of all Equipment Provided during each shift.
- Reporting: Complete accurate daily logs and time sheets to ensure timely Daily Pay processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational standards.
- Travel: Travel to various client sites within Illinois and the Midwest region.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification (e.g., HVAC, Electrical) is a strong plus.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Prior experience in field service, logistics, or technical support is preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency with handheld diagnostic tools.
