Responsibilities
- Transcribe dictation from physicians and healthcare professionals into accurate medical records
- Ensure proper formatting, grammar, and medical terminology usage in all documents
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
- Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize transcription software and digital dictation systems efficiently
- Adhere to established turnaround times and quality benchmarks

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical transcription experience
- Credential as Registered Medical Transcriptionist (RMT) or equivalent
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 80 WPM) and accuracy
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- US citizenship or valid work authorization required
