- Collaborate with product teams to improve chat safety features
- Participate in ongoing training on emerging threats and moderation tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or content moderation experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using moderation software (e.g., ModSquad, Khoros)
- Strong understanding of internet culture and digital safety protocols
- Must reside in Baton Rouge, LA area
