As a transcriptionist, you will be responsible for converting spoken language into written text with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality documentation.
Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them into text with high accuracy.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Adhere to strict client guidelines and formatting requirements.
- Manage file uploads and track productivity metrics.
- Communicate effectively with the QA team to resolve ambiguous audio segments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in transcription (Medical, Legal, or General).
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup.
